In this role, you’ll shape the daily in‑office experience-greeting guests, supporting project teams, and keeping operations running with hospitality-level care. This position is perfect for someone with 1+ year of administrative or hospitality experience who thrives in a front‑facing role and enjoys taking ownership of the office environment.

- Responsibilities include welcoming and hosting clients and candidates with a service‑oriented presence; coordinating internal and external events including meeting logistics, space setup, and catering; supporting document production including printing, binding, and formatting; maintaining mailing lists and coordinating internal recognition gifts; partnering with team members to ensure a smooth front‑desk experience and a well‑run office environment; and assisting with day‑to‑day administrative needs that keep operations flowing.
- The ideal candidate possesses at least 1+ years of administrative or hospitality experience; strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a warm, professional demeanor; excellent organizational skills and comfort juggling competing priorities; a proactive, problem‑solving approach with strong attention to detail; and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
