Our client, a growing financial services organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team of investment professionals and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. In this role, you’ll manage scheduling, coordinate logistics, and handle key administrative workflows that keep the team running seamlessly. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of administrative experience, strong technical skills, and a polished, proactive approach.

- Responsibilities include providing daily administrative support to a group of executives; coordinating travel and building seamless itineraries; preparing expense reports and submitting invoices; organizing documents and managing original record storage; scheduling meetings while preventing conflicts; maintaining office supplies and shared spaces including kitchen and wellness rooms; managing mail, packages, and vendor‑related needs; assisting with team events, conferences, and catering; and supporting miscellaneous projects and operational tasks as needed.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of administrative experience with exposure to finance or corporate environments; strong proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; the ability to remain composed under pressure and respond to time‑sensitive needs, including occasional evening or weekend responsiveness; excellent communication skills with a polished, professional presence; strong organization, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills; comfort handling confidential information; and a “no task too big or too small” mindset, including willingness to assist with office upkeep.
