Our client, a small boutique investment firm, is seeking an Office Associate to keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure a polished, welcoming environment for employees and guests. In this role, you’ll support essential office operations, coordinate daily logistics, and provide administrative support across a close-knit team. This position is ideal for someone with administrative or strong customer service/hospitality experience who brings maturity, flexibility, and a can-do mindset.

- Responsibilities include supporting day‑to‑day office operations and maintaining an organized, well‑stocked workspace; coordinating supplies, mail, deliveries, and shared‑space upkeep; managing office access and liaising with building services and vendors; arranging daily lunches and occasional catering needs; greeting guests and managing incoming calls; maintaining physical and digital records; assisting with expense coordination and general administrative tasks; supporting scheduling and ad hoc projects as needs evolve.
- The ideal candidate possesses experience in office operations, administration, hospitality, or customer‑facing environments; strong communication and follow‑through; professional polish and sound judgment; the ability to multitask and shift seamlessly between tasks ranging from administrative coordination to hands‑on office support; a proactive, flexible attitude suited to a fast‑moving, small‑team environment.
