In this role, you’ll help absorb high-volume administrative workflow, particularly across legal, finance, and cross-functional groups, ensuring smooth operations during a major corporate acquisition. - Responsibilities include supporting daily administrative operations for a busy executive support function; coordinating calendars, meetings, and onsite/virtual sessions; assisting with cross‑department coordination and task follow‑up; organizing documents, presentations, and confidential materials; supporting travel coordination and expense processing; preparing materials and managing logistics for meetings and company events; assisting with office operations and basic IT/facilities needs; and contributing to special projects as the company scales.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment; comfort reporting into an experienced EA and working in a support‑of‑support structure; strong organization, communication, and time‑management skills; the ability to thrive in a 5‑day‑in‑office, traditional corporate culture; and a professional, dependable, growth‑oriented mindset.
