Our client, a rapidly expanding technology organization, is seeking an Office Assistant to support daily operations and help build a polished, collaborative workspace as their U.S. presence grows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, staying organized, and being the dependable “go‑to” person in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of administrative, hospitality, or customer‑facing experience and thrives in roles requiring confidence, independence, and strong problem‑solving skills.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include supporting daily office operations and maintaining a tidy, well‑organized workspace; assisting with facilities needs such as groceries, kitchen upkeep, and supply management; serving as a point of contact for both the Boston and San Diego offices; coordinating basic administrative workflows including invoice processing and expense reporting once trained; stepping in proactively to solve problems without hand‑holding; supporting simple event and employee‑experience tasks; and handling occasional international travel-related logistics.
- The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of experience in office support, hospitality, retail, or a similarly fast‑paced environment; a confident, polished, and people‑focused presence; the ability to work independently with strong initiative and follow‑through; high energy and a desire to contribute to a social, collaborative culture; excellent organization and communication skills; comfort multitasking and staying ahead of needs; and a valid passport for annual international travel.
