Client Service Associate to $100K – Hybrid Opportunity!
Our client, a boutique financial services organization, is hiring a Client Service Associate to support client accounts and ensure daily activity is executed accurately and on time. In this role, you will manage requests, prepare materials, and coordinate closely with internal partners to support client experiences. Ideal candidates bring two or more years of experience in financial services, investment operations, or client support.

- Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries and service requests; coordinating account activity such as onboarding, transfers, and transactions; preparing reports and materials for client meetings; maintaining accurate documentation and records; partnering with investment and operations teams to ensure follow-through; monitoring open items and deadlines; and supporting ongoing process improvements.
- The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in a financial services or investment-related environment; working knowledge of financial terminology and account workflows; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; clear written and verbal communication abilities; comfort managing multiple priorities; and interest in growing into a more client-facing role over time.
