Executive Assistant to $100K – Investor Support!
Our client, a private investment organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage calendar, coordinate travel, and process expenses for a group of busy senior leaders. The ideal candidate brings at least 3+ years of corporate administration experience, with strong organizational skills and comfort working with CRM systems.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders; coordinating domestic and occasional international travel; preparing and processing expense reports with accuracy and timeliness; serving as a professional first point of contact for senior leaders and external partners; supporting meeting logistics and preparation, including materials and reporting; assisting with CRM‑based reporting and data updates; collaborating on internal events and annual meetings; providing backup coverage and additional administrative support during peak periods.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing requests; a proactive, high‑energy work style with a “can‑do” mindset; professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information; flexibility to support paid overtime and in‑office needs as required.
