Our client, a thriving manufacturing company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage order activity and serve as a key point of contact for business customers. This role focuses on order processing, proactive follow-up, and close collaboration with internal sales partners to ensure positive customer experience. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of B2B customer service experience supporting tangible products.

- Responsibilities include managing customer orders from entry through completion; serving as the primary contact for an assigned customer territory; partnering closely with sales and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment; responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with urgency and professionalism; performing proactive follow‑up to confirm order details and acknowledgements; tracking order status and maintaining accurate records; meeting service and performance goals in a high‑volume environment.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of B2B customer service or order management experience; background supporting tangible products such as furniture, manufacturing, or similar industries; strong phone‑based customer communication skills; comfort working in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven office setting; solid computer skills including Microsoft Office; and a proactive, team‑oriented approach to problem solving.
