Customer Service Representative to $55K – B2B Management Opportunity!
Our client, a commercial manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support business consumers and manage order activity from start to finish. The rile is ideal for someone with strong B2B customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting and has a solid background in order processes and management.
Position Details:

- Responsibilities include managing customer orders from entry through completion; partnering closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment; responding to customer questions and resolving issues over the phone with urgency and professionalism; performing follow-up related to order acknowledgements, updates, and problem resolution; and maintaining accurate records in a high-volume environment.
- The ideal candidate possesses several years of B2B customer service and order management experience; prior experience supporting a company that sells tangible products; confidence working directly with customers by phone in an office setting; strong attention to detail and follow-through; comfort juggling multiple priorities in a busy, team-oriented environment; and solid general computer skills.
