Administrative Assistant to $75K – Boutique Wealth Management Opportunity!
Our client, an independent wealth management firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant with financial services experience to support advisors and provide daily administrative and operational support. This role plays a central part in account administration, transaction processing, and maintaining accurate client records across multiple financial systems. The ideal candidate brings at least 3+ years of experience in a financial services environment and is comfortable operating in a close-knit setting.

- Responsibilities include supporting new account openings and ongoing account maintenance across brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust accounts; preparing and submitting custodial documentation while ensuring compliance and accuracy; coordinating transfers, beneficiary updates, and money movement requests; processing client contributions and distributions and tracking transactions through completion; maintaining accurate client data within CRM and financial planning systems; navigating custodial platforms to execute service requests; responding to client inquiries with professionalism and urgency; preparing administrative materials for client meetings and supporting follow‑up implementation.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in wealth management, investment management, or a similar financial services setting; hands‑on experience with CRM, custodial, or financial planning platforms; strong attention to detail and process discipline; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, operational role; clear and professional verbal communication skills; and comfort working in a small, team‑oriented office environment.
