Studio Administrative Assistant to $65K – Creative Environment!
Our client, a well-established architecture and design firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support various project managers and their business operations. This role plays a critical part in keeping schedules, meetings, travel, and studio operations running smoothly, while acting as a trusted partner. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

- Responsibilities include managing multiple calendars, meetings, and conference room logistics; coordinating domestic travel and virtual meetings; maintaining internal tracking spreadsheets and contact lists; supporting onboarding efforts through welcome coordination and new‑hire check‑ins; assisting with studio events, presentations, and internal gatherings; handling shipping, expense reports, and credit card reconciliations; providing backup administrative coverage for other leaders and front‑desk support as needed; and completing special projects, including light research and creative support tasks.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of administrative or office support experience; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and prioritization abilities in a fast‑moving environment; professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information; and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a broader administrative team. Familiarity with design or construction environments is a plus.
