Client Service Associate to $120K – High-End Service Role!
Our client, a prominent wealth advisory firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate to support sophisticated insurance portfolios and high-touch client relationships. This role combines insurance operations, client servicing, and data-driven reporting. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of client service experience with life insurance experience.

- Responsibilities include supporting advisors and clients with ongoing service needs related to insurance and financial products; coordinating information, documentation, and follow-up with external partners and carriers; preparing client-facing materials, summaries, and routine reporting; managing invoicing, requests, and service transactions from initiation through completion; maintaining accurate records and data across internal systems; ensuring work is completed in accordance with established processes, timelines, and compliance standards; and contributing to a collaborative, high-accountability service environment.
- The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of client service or client service associate experience with a life insurance background; prior experience in financial services, insurance, or a similarly detail-intensive environment; exceptional attention to detail with experience in invoicing, claims, and data entry; strong written and verbal communication skills with a highly professional presence; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools; ability to manage multiple priorities, handle sensitive information, and consistently follow through in a fast-paced setting.
