Director of Enabling Platforms to $175K – Drive Scalable Enablement Strategies!
Our client, a global investment management organization, is seeking a Director, Enabling Platforms to lead the strategy and execution of tools that support sales and client delivery efforts. This role focuses on optimizing platforms, streamlining workflows, and ensuring high-quality, scalable materials for client-facing teams. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing operations and has experience using Loopio and/or Seismic.

- Responsibilities include defining the vision and roadmap for sales enablement platforms and ensuring consistent usage across materials and client deliverables; partnering with technology and cross-functional teams to enhance integrations and data workflows; standardizing and automating presentation and collateral development through templates and modular content; overseeing the creation and maintenance of core sales materials and presentations; managing scalable RFP and DDQ processes including content libraries and governance; optimizing platform performance, adoption, and workflows while identifying opportunities for automation or vendor support; and leading a team responsible for production, intake, and prioritization of sales enablement deliverables.
- The ideal candidate possesses deep experience with sales enablement and RFP platforms such as Seismic and Loopio; demonstrated ability to build efficient, scalable processes while maintaining high-quality output; strong collaboration skills; experience working within complex, matrixed environments; excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows; and proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms.
