Our client, a specialized consulting firm, is seeking an Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships. This role blends new business development, account management, and full-cycle recruiting, offering strong earning potential. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of sales, recruiting, or client-facing experience.

- Responsibilities include developing new client relationships and expanding existing accounts; conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to build a pipeline; partnering with clients to understand hiring and project needs and deliver tailored solutions; sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle; coordinating interviews, formatting resumes, and supporting placements; maintaining accurate records and tracking activity within internal systems; researching target companies and supporting marketing or industry outreach initiatives.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of sales, business development, or recruiting experience; strong communication skills and confidence with high-volume outreach; a relationship-driven, consultative approach to client and candidate interactions; self-motivation with a high level of accountability and follow-through; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; and a strong interest in building a long-term career in consulting or staffing.
