Customer Services Representative to $85K – Hands-On Role!
Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key liaison between customers and internal operations. This role focuses on managing orders, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from inquiry through delivery. The ideal candidate brings 1+ years of customer service, administrative, or operations experience, along with strong communication skills.

- Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for customer inquiries; coordinating closely with internal teams to manage order flow and timelines; maintaining accurate records of orders, communications, and updates; tracking requests and proactively following up to ensure completion; providing product and process information to clients; and supporting day-to-day operational needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication skills; high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; professionalism and customer-facing confidence in a non-call center setting; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; adaptability within a hands-on, leadership-visible environment; and comfort working in a production-adjacent setting.
