Account Manager to $150K – Where Sales Meets Execution!
Our client, a growing mechanical services firm, is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue while managing client projects from start to finish. This role focuses on developing relationships, selling service work, and overseeing the successful execution of business. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HVAC or similar industry experience.

- Responsibilities include building and managing client relationships to generate new business; owning a pipeline of opportunities and driving revenue growth; meeting customers onsite to understand needs and recommend solutions; preparing quotes and pricing for service work; overseeing jobs after they’re sold, including scheduling and working with technicians; keeping projects on track in respect to timing and cost; troubleshooting issues and communicating updates to clients; serving as the main point of contact from start to finish.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or a related field; solid understanding of commercial mechanical systems; ability to put together accurate job pricing; strong communication and customer-facing skills; organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once; comfort working both in the office and in the field.
