Our client, a large real estate organization, is seeking a leasing coordinator to support a dynamic, sales-drive team. This role is essential in managing daily administrative operations, including coordinating meetings, maintaining deal pipelines, and preparing leasing materials. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple stakeholders.

- Responsibilities include supporting multiple professionals with scheduling, travel, and expense management; coordinating internal and external meetings and preparing customized materials; maintaining and updating CRM pipelines while tracking deal progress; compiling reports and documentation related to leasing activity; managing high-volume document flow including proposals and agreements; liaising across internal teams to ensure seamless communication; and assisting with research and lead generation efforts.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of administrative or coordinator experience in a fast-paced environment; exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities; strong attention to detail and pride in work product; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; and a demonstrated ability to support multiple personalities with professionalism and adaptability.
