Our client, a financial advisory firm, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to become the face of their office and support daily operations. This role includes front desk coordination and light marketing responsibilities, including client interactions, office administration, and website management. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of corporate office experience and a service-oriented approach while working with high-net-worth individuals.

- Responsibilities include managing front desk operations and greeting clients professionally; answering and directing high-volume calls; supporting general office administration such as filing and coordination; assisting with basic executive support tasks for leadership as needed; maintaining and updating website content and social media channels; ensuring a high level of service for external clients; and helping keep office operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in a corporate office setting; strong communication skills with a professional and client-facing demeanor; comfort interacting with high-net-worth clientele; solid administrative and organizational abilities; familiarity with basic accounting firm functions or systems preferred; exposure to marketing or social media updates; and the ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
