Our client, a real estate investment firm, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee building operations, talent engagement, and financial tracking across a dynamic portfolio. This role involves hands-on facilities oversight with a client-facing presence, vendor coordination, and accounting support. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of property management or facilities experience, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

- Responsibilities include overseeing daily building operations and coordinating vendors and maintenance staff; managing service contracts, preventative maintenance schedules, and compliance inspections; serving as the primary tenant and visitor contact while maintaining a professional lobby presence; tracking rent, CAM charges, and operating expenses while supporting budgeting and reporting; maintaining safety systems, building infrastructure, and cleanliness standards; coordinating access control, security systems, and visitor protocols; processing invoices, monitoring financial data, and supporting accounting workflows.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of property management or facilities experience; strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, and guests; basic financial acumen including budget tracking and invoice review; ability to multitask across operations, front desk responsibilities, and administrative work; familiarity with building systems, maintenance coordination, or real estate operations; and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
