Head of Marketing to $180K – Drive Pipelines & Lead Growth!
Our client, a corporate services organization, is seeking a Head of Marketing to own demand generation and drive brand growth. This role will shape marketing strategy, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and drive pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate brings 18+ years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record in sales alignment.

- Responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals; owning budget planning, allocation, and ROI analysis across channels; driving lead generation programs and optimizing the full funnel from acquisition through conversion; partnering with sales to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates; overseeing digital strategy across SEO, paid media, website performance, and conversion optimization; managing marketing technology including CRM, automation, and analytics platforms; leading and mentoring a small team while guiding agencies and external partners; ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality campaign execution across all channels; and establishing clear reporting frameworks to measure performance and inform strategy.
- The ideal candidate possesses 18+ years of B2B marketing experience with leadership ownership of demand generation; strong expertise in digital and performance marketing including SEO, PPC, and CRO; proven success aligning marketing with sales to drive measurable revenue impact; experience managing CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot; ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while remaining hands-on when needed; and strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to optimization and decision-making.
