Office Manager to $100K – Be the Go-To Person!
Our client, a well-established investment firm, is seeking an Office Manager to become a primary resource for office operations and team support. This role combines hands-on workplace operations with coordination of vendors, internal events, and ad hoc projects that keep the office running seamlessly day to day. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in a professional services or financial environment and thrives in a collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves setting.

- Responsibilities include overseeing daily office operations including reception, supplies, and kitchen management; coordinating conference rooms and ensuring a polished, client-ready environment; managing vendor relationships and liaising with external IT providers; supporting internal events, team meetings, and catering logistics; assisting with administrative tasks for senior team members including scheduling and project coordination; contributing to accounts payable and basic HR-related support; and serving as a cultural ambassador through team engagement initiatives and office experience enhancements.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role within financial services or a similar professional environment; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new tools; excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset; ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail; and a flexible, “no task too big or small” attitude suited for a small office setting.
