Our client, a boutique advisory firm, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and become a key partner to leadership. This role focuses on managing vendors across finance, HR, and IT while ensuring a seamless and professional workplace experience. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of operations experience along with strong financial acumen and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

- Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations for a small professional office; coordinating with external accounting, HR, payroll, benefits, and IT providers; managing invoicing, expenses, and vendor payments while supporting financial tracking; leading onboarding and offboarding logistics including technology setup and system access; identifying operational gaps and recommending process improvements; maintaining vendor relationships and handling office and facilities needs; supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day administrative functions.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of office operations or business administration experience; demonstrated financial literacy with exposure to invoicing, budgeting, or accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks); comfort working with outsourced service providers across multiple functions; strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently drive improvements; exceptional organization and communication skills; and a collaborative, service-first approach to supporting a high-performing team.
