Customer Operations Coordinator to $65K – Join a Growing CPG Company!
Our client, a fast-growing consumer products company, is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support the successful execution of customer orders and retailer-facing operations. This role will oversee order processing, shipment coordination, issue resolution, and communication with internal partners to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in tangible product markets and customer operations.

- Responsibilities include managing customer orders and operational requests throughout the order lifecycle; coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and timely execution; responding to customer inquiries and providing status updates on service-related matters; investigating and resolving order, inventory, and fulfillment issues; maintaining accurate records within business systems; supporting reporting and process documentation activities; and contributing to operational improvements that enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in customer operations, order management, logistics, supply chain, sales support, or customer service; strong communication skills and experience interacting directly with customers, clients, vendors, or retail partners; excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with Excel and business systems; ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness; and a customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and accountability.
