Client Services Coordinator to $75K – Where Service, Organization, and Relationship-Building Meet!
Our client, a technology management firm, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to become the operational hub of their client experience and support team. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing logistics, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless service experience for high-end clientele. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in client services, operations, or administrative support, along with outstanding organizational and communication skills.

- Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, calendars, and service appointments for a distributed team; acting as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders; monitoring ongoing requests, project timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion; supporting purchasing, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships; maintaining accurate operational records and documentation; assisting with billing and administrative workflows; and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in customer service, operations, administration, or project coordination; exceptional attention to detail and follow-through; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment; proficiency with cloud-based business applications and collaboration tools; and a proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to take initiative.
