Marketing Associate to $80K – Blend Events, Communications & Operations!
Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking a Marketing Associate to support communications, events, and operational initiatives across a fast-paced business development function. This role will be heavily involved in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing professional events and webinars, maintaining CRM data, and supporting ongoing stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of administrative, operations, marketing, or coordinator experience, preferably in financial or professional services, along with strong project management skills and advanced Excel capabilities.

- Responsibilities include managing shared inbox communications and marketing distributions; creating audience lists and coordinating outreach campaigns; organizing webinars, meetings, and large-scale events from invitation through execution; maintaining CRM records and ensuring data integrity across systems; preparing materials, agendas, and event logistics for internal and external stakeholders; overseeing access to digital resources and supporting ongoing operational processes; documenting procedures and assisting with process improvement initiatives.
- The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated project management experience; 1+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, marketing, or operations role within a professional services, corporate, or financial environment; experience working with CRM and event management platforms such as Salesforce; advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis; strong written and verbal communication skills; exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
