Executive Assistant to $100K – Partner Closely with Senior Leadership!
Our client, a life sciences organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide critical support to senior leadership while contributing to key corporate initiatives. This opportunity offers direct exposure to executive decision-making, Board operations, investor-facing activities, and corporate communications in a growing environment. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of executive support experience, exceptional professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.

- Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives and leadership team members; managing complex calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities across internal and external stakeholders; coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting; supporting Board-related activities and executive briefing materials; organizing investor meetings, conferences, and external-facing events; maintaining corporate and investor communications materials, databases, and website content; and developing polished presentations, reports, and branded materials for executive and shareholder audiences.
- The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of executive or administrative support experience in a fast-paced professional setting; prior exposure to life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology, or another high-growth industry preferred; exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities; strong written and verbal communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism; and a proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
