Executive Assistant/Office Manager to $100K – Support a Mission-Driven Family Office!
Our client, a small family office focused on climate change mitigation, is seeking a hard-working Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their team! In this role, the Executive Assistant/Office Manager will be responsible for office management, digital file organization, some marketing support, and some personal travel and personal assistant tasks. The qualified candidate will have 4+ years of administrative support or executive assistance experience.

- Responsibilities include providing calendar management support to the principal and managing director, scheduling team meetings and events, coordinating all aspects of travel, providing personal support to the principal and his family as needed, managing the physical office space, and helping to maintain the social media presence.
- The ideal candidate has experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, and supporting senior leaders, confidence working independently, strong organizational skills, and is a strong relationship-builder across all levels.
