Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Intellectual Property Paralegal for an onsite, contract to permanent position with our client in Vinings, GA. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, during standard business hours.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant law firm experience. Intellectual Property litigation experience is preferred but not required. Essential duties:
* Prepare, format, cite-check, and file pleadings and briefs in federal and state courts
* Ensure filings comply with court rules, deadlines, and local practices
* Assist with hearing and trial preparation, including creating binders, exhibits, and supporting materials
* Support attorneys with PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials for hearings
* Coordinate filings, service, and docketing with close attention to detail
