Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal/Closer for an onsite, contract to permanent role with our client in Vinings. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday, from either 9am – 6pm ET or 9:30am – 6:30pm ET, with one hour for lunch.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate law. Experience in pre-closing, closing, and post-closing is a plus. Essential duties include preparing preliminary HUD statements and Closing Disclosures, resolving title issues, compiling closing packages, and handling disbursement. Additional responsibilities involve communicating with lenders, buyers, sellers, and agents to facilitate smooth transactions. Experience with Qualia, First American Title, and a current Notary Public license are all a plus.
