Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Director, Legal Corporate Tech for our client in Brentwood, TN. This is a temporary (approximately 2-3 months), fully onsite position. This is also a full-time role, Monday – Friday, during standard business hours. Please note that candidates must be licensed in Tennessee.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in commercial transactions/contracts. Essential duties include:
· Drafting SaaS, joint development, proof-of-concept, technology license, and software license agreements.
· Counseling clients on consumer data privacy and cybersecurity issues
· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, with a focus on information technology-related agreements, such as enterprise software license agreements, SaaS agreements, software development agreements, outsourcing agreements, consulting and professional services agreements.
Additional responsibilities may involve assisting with M&A activity and managing outside counsel.
