Job Title: Litigation Paralegal – Labor & Employment
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support their Labor & Employment legal team. In this role, you will assist attorneys with managing employment-related lawsuits and claims, preparing legal documents, and coordinating case activities from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in handling labor and employment litigation cases

Draft legal documents such as discovery requests, subpoenas, and pleadings

Organize and manage case files and evidence
-
Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Prepare exhibits and materials for hearings, mediations, and trials
-
Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars

Conduct legal and factual research
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (labor/employment law preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
-
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
