Qualifications:
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment
- Experience managing cases through all phases of litigation
- Strong knowledge of discovery, document review, and trial preparation
- Familiarity with state and federal court filing procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
