Beacon Hill Legal is seeking 6 Contract Administrators to join a leading global automotive finance company in Fort Worth, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented professionals to support a fast-paced Retail Credit department and gain exposure to complex retail and lease contract processes.
This hybrid role offers one remote day per week and will start on July 28, 2025 (with the possibility of an earlier start on July 21, 2025, depending on system access).
Key Responsibilities:

Review and audit incoming retail and lease contracts submitted by dealerships across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal guidelines to enable contract funding and customer account activation.

Navigate and utilize multiple internal systems to complete contract reviews efficiently.

Meet department production goals and quality metrics as tracked through team scorecards.

Work independently while also knowing when to escalate questions or issues.
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to learn quickly and ask questions proactively.

Comfortable working independently in a production-driven environment.

Prior knowledge of retail or lease contracts is a plus.
Additional Details:

Training Schedule: 3 weeks of classroom instruction followed by 3 weeks of on-floor support.

Work Environment: Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 remote day weekly.

Assignment Start Date: Target of July 28, 2025, with flexibility to start earlier based on system setup.
