Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled Contract Attorney to support the insurance litigation defense and coverage team of our client, a prominent international litigation firm. This full-time (40 hours/week), open-ended contract role is based in their Dallas, TX office and offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in-office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex commercial litigation and catastrophic bodily injury claims
- Manage both first-party and third-party insurance coverage matters
- Conduct depositions, attend court conferences, and draft/argue motions
- Draft comprehensive coverage opinions and position statements
- Perform legal research and produce high-quality written work
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial litigation and insurance coverage
- Strong background in defense claims and insurance-related litigation
- Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Active membership in the Texas Bar
- Must not have concurrent legal employment
