Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Legal Secretary with experience in Trusts & Estates and Corporate law for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established law firm in Downtown Dallas.
Location: Downtown Dallas | Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours | Status: Contract with potential to hire
Practice Areas: Trusts & Estates, Probate, Corporate Transactions

This role supports two busy attorneys-one with a focus on high-net-worth estate planning and probate, and the other handling corporate and transactional matters. The ideal candidate is sharp, dependable, and poised, with proven experience in these areas or the ability to learn quickly and contribute confidently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and document support for estate planning and probate work
* Draft and revise contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents
* File and obtain certificates through the Texas Secretary of State and similar entities
* Attend and assist with client meetings and document signings while maintaining a professional demeanor
* Manage attorney calendars, billing, and general administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:
* Prior experience with Trusts & Estates and/or Probate matters preferred
* Exposure to corporate/transactional legal work is a plus
* Excellent Word processing and document editing skills
* Organized, self-motivated, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision
* Professional communication skills and a polished client-facing presence
