Contract Sourcer (5-Month Contract)

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting efforts within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role focuses on proactively identifying and engaging top talent for a variety of frontline positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates across multiple high-volume roles
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and overall fit for open opportunities
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with recruiting team members and stakeholders to support hiring goals
• Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends to inform sourcing strategies
• Leverage recruiting tools and technology to drive efficiency and results
• Contribute to a collaborative and performance-driven team environment

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
• Experience tracking performance metrics such as KPIs and SLAs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable utilizing sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite in a collaborative office setting
