The successful candidate will conduct structured interviews, perform online research using publicly available information, document findings, and prepare clear summaries for internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured phone interviews and gather relevant information in a professional, conversational manner.
- Build rapport and navigate sensitive discussions while maintaining objectivity and professionalism.
- Perform research using publicly available sources and organize findings into concise, well-documented summaries.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of interviews, research findings, and follow-up activities.
- Track multiple active assignments simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, commitments, and outstanding items remain current.
- Follow established workflows, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Identify situations requiring additional guidance and escalate appropriately rather than making assumptions.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure information is complete, accurate, and actionable.
Qualifications
- 2+years of experience in customer service, intake, claims, case coordination, recruiting, research, investigations support, or another documentation-intensive environment.
- Outstanding verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and gather information through structured conversations.
- Exceptional note-taking, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
- Ability to work within established procedures while maintaining professionalism and sound judgment.
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Strong online research and information-gathering capabilities.
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and follow-through.
- Highly coachable with the ability to quickly apply feedback and process changes.
