Senior Project Manager – New Product Introductions (Pharma)

Location: Onsite in Spokane, WA
Relocation: Paid
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional leadership, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet business objectives, compliance standards, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional NPI projects from concept through completion.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements throughout all phases.
  • Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for technical and operational challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and financial performance.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science, or Business (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • PMP certification required
  • Minimum 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in NPI or product launch within pharmaceuticals or regulated manufacturing.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI, and project management methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP compliance, and product lifecycle management.
Preferred Experience:
  • Aseptic and cleanroom environments.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management and resource planning.

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
