A client of ours in the music industry is looking to hire a Director of licensing to lead their Licensing Audit team and oversee the audit plan for the Licensing Department. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Licensing and oversee a team of 5 direct reports.
The ideal candidate has their Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related, and at least 7 years of experience in licensing compliance within industries such as music, entertainment, software, etc. They are looking for someone with strong management experience who can lead a team and create process improvements and efficiencies. CPA is REQUIRED as it is needed to sign off on work.
