The Role
The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead a small team responsible for accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls. This role works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and cash management
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Supervise and develop accounting staff
Review and approve invoices, payments, and tenant/customer billings
Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
Coordinate annual financial audits and work with external auditors
Maintain internal controls and support compliance requirements
Partner with leadership on financial analysis and special projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
5+ years of accounting experience with people management responsibilities
CPA preferred but not required
