Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting operations across revenue accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting

Ensure timely and accurate billing, cash applications, collections, and vendor payments

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in accordance with U.S. GAAP
-
Manage revenue recognition for complex, multi-stream revenue models
-
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
-
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies
-
Partner closely with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
-
Prepare and present financial statements and management reporting for leadership
-
Serve as a hands-on leader-both managing and executing accounting activities as needed

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team

Oversee enhancements to financial systems and integrations with operational tools

Support annual audits and coordinate with external auditors

Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen financial operations and support business growth
Qualifications
-
CPA or MBA required
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
-
5+ years of leadership experience managing accounting teams
-
Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606)

Proven ability to lead AR, AP, and revenue accounting in a dynamic, high-growth environment

Demonstrated hands-on approach with both leadership and execution responsibilities

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner across the business
