My Client is seeking a Payroll Manager that will oversee end-to-end payroll operations within a high-volume, multi-state environment. This role is responsible for processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll in UltiPro, managing payroll transactions (hires, terminations, compensation changes, garnishments), reconciling payroll data, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Payroll Manager will handle complex payroll issues, support audits and reporting, and partner closely with HR and Benefits to resolve employee inquiries. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of multi-state payroll experience, strong knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations, hands-on UltiPro experience, and advanced Excel skills, with CPP or FPC certification preferred.
