We are currently partnered with a Family Office in Manhattan who is looking for a Director of Accounting to join their team. This hire will report into the Head of Operations and work closely with the Senior Accountant. This position is a mix of finance and accounting and you should be prepared to own the workload, not just delegate tasks, as this is a multi-entity and complex family office environment.
The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience within a family office environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required and a CPA is preferred. They use Sage Intacct for the accounting, so experience with that software is highly preferred. They require 5 days onsite and are offering a competitive salary and strong benefits.
