Senior Business Transformation Analyst

We’re partnering with a global manufacturer seeking an experienced process improvement professional to drive operational excellence, business transformation, and data-driven decision-making across key business functions.

This is not a traditional accounting, finance, or reporting role. The focus is on improving how work gets done through process redesign, root-cause analysis, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs, SLAs, workflow performance, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Data teams to improve business processes and system effectiveness.
• Drive automation and workflow optimization efforts that reduce manual work and improve service levels.
• Support organizational transformation and process standardization initiatives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on process improvement projects.
• Develop reporting and insights that help leadership make better operational decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Transformation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and process redesign experience.
• Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and performance reporting.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business improvements.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders.
