Tax Manager

A growing regional public accounting and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take on more client responsibility, gain exposure to a diverse client base, and have a clear path for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
• Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
• Research tax issues and assist with tax resolutions
• Mentor and develop junior staff members
• Participate in process improvement and workflow initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with individual, partnership, S-Corp, and corporate tax returns
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills
• Experience reviewing staff work and managing multiple engagements
