Property Accountant

Our client, a leading Real Estate Investment Trust based in New York City, is seeking a Property Accountant to join its growing accounting team. Reporting to a Senior Property Analyst, this individual will have the opportunity to build a long-term career within commercial real estate while working alongside experienced accounting and finance professionals.

The ideal candidate will have an accounting background with strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with Property Accounting experience are encouraged to apply, though the company is also open to individuals coming from Public Accounting backgrounds who have worked with Real Estate clients.

This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to the real estate industry while contributing to a highly regarded organization known for owning and operating premier commercial real estate assets throughout New York City. The team is seeking someone who is committed to producing high-quality work, eager to learn the business, and excited to develop within a collaborative environment.

Compensation is targeted between $85,000-$95,000 plus a discretionary bonus. The position is based in Manhattan and operates on a primarily in-office schedule with one remote day per month.
