Property Accountant

This opportunity is with a leading New York City real estate owner and operator seeking a Senior Multifamily Property Accountant to support the full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a residential property portfolio. Reporting to the Multifamily Accounting Manager, the role will be responsible for month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, lender reporting, budgeting support, audit preparation, and property-level financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have four plus years of accounting experience, preferably within real estate or multifamily property accounting, along with strong Excel skills and the ability to partner closely with property management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
