We are currently partnered with a financial services firm seeking a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to join their team. This individual will partner directly with the firm’s CFO and support the monthly and year-end close, prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP, manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations and accruals, and support budgeting, forecasting, audits and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience and a strong ability to both collaborate with teammates and work independently.
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline is required, along with a CPA. Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc., are must haves. Industry experience is highly preferred.
