Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll on a biweekly, semi-monthly, or monthly basis

Review and audit timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness

Ensure payroll is processed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Handle payroll adjustments including bonuses, commissions, and deductions
-
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, taxes, and timekeeping
-
Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system
-
Generate payroll reports and assist with reconciliations
-
Partner with HR and Accounting teams on employee changes, benefits, and reporting
-
Assist with year-end processes including W-2s and audits
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of payroll processing experience
-
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, UKG, or similar)
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)

Strong communication and organizational skills
