Our client in the Dallas, TX area is seeking a temporary Invoice Clerk to assist their Fixed Asset Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Pull invoices from SAP and other GL system for assigned projects.
- Create and maintain organized project folders, labeling and filing associated invoices.
- Identify and retrieve all relevant invoices tied to specific projects.
- Copy, file, and maintain complete invoice documentation for audit and project tracking.
- Navigate between SAP and outside systems to reconcile and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with fixed asset tracking and related accounting entries.
- Use Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) to analyze and summarize invoice data.
- Proficient Excel skills and SAP experience is required for this role.
